The Upper Canada Mall introduces, The Holly Jolly Sleigh: A safe and socially distanced Santa photo experience!

This one of a kind two piece sleigh allows guests to capture those special holiday moments with Santa, all while keeping themselves, Santa and the employees safe!
Safety measures including floor markers, registered time slots, daily cleaning of the set and touch points and daily temperature checks and mandatory face coverings by all employees and Santa will be put into place.  All guests ages 2+, will be required to wear a face covering during their visit and photo with Santa.

➢Gift Wrapping – Community Living will be offering donation-based gift-wrapping services. Donations can be made via mobile and tap with all proceeds going to support Community Living – a non-profit, charitable organization which provides support to those with an intellectual disability. Gift wrapping volunteers will be onsite during mall hours beginning December 1 until December 24 and will be located on the Upper Level beside H&M.

➢ eGift Cards – This year, Upper Canada eGift cards are available online HERE and can be personalized with a photo or video message. The Upper Canada eGift card also offers a group gifting option where you can collect contributions on one card to celebrate milestone events or special occasions. Throughout November, a 5% bonus will be applied to the total value of any gift card purchases of $500 or more.

➢ NEW Search.Find.Shop.Now platform – Search before you shop. Scroll styles. Save time. This new platform allows users to browse products offered by retailers through the Upper Canada website HERE and makes it seamless for guests to plan their visit, call stores and check product availability or place the order online through the retailers’ site.

➢ Curbside Pick-up – Select retailers will be offering curbside pickup. Designated colour coded parking spots can be found around the centre. Available now during mall hours.
