Youth Haven is Simcoe County’s only youth shelter and in 2020 assisted over 400 youth with emergency, outreach and transitional care. The Coldest Night of the Year walk is a COVID-friendly virtual walk to raise money to assist at-risk youth and youth who are experiencing homeless in our communities. One in three people using emergency shelter services in our region are youth.
Walk day is February 20th, but the public has the entire month of Feb to decide when to walk.
