Being in school is hard enough, and we applaud you. On top of all the assignments, classes, friends, extra curricular activities, home life and everything else happening in our lives on a daily basis, sometimes we forget about those who count on the support of the community to survive. That’s why this fall, we want to encourage all the schools in our area to collect donations in support of Food Banks throughout the communities we serve.
By collecting donations, and letting us know below, you could be hosting a FREE school dance, courtesy of Barrie DJ – Music Of Our Times.
From September 10 – October 14, we are encouraging all schools in our areas that host students between Kindergarten and Grade 12 (Public and Catholic!) to host a food drive for their local food bank.
