Gourmet Chocolate workshop

The Muskoka & District Chef’s Association, in partnership with Cocoa Barry, will be hosting a Gourmet Chocolate Workshop with Culinary Olympic Gold Medal winner & Chocolatier Dimutha Perera. Door fee $15.00 for member  $10.00 for junior and $20.00 for guest.

Chef Perera will be demonstrating the Art of Chocolate Making using the new Ruby1 Couverture (pink chocolate) as the highlight, as well as other chocolate from Cocoa Barry.

Chef Dimuthu has recently opened his own retail & wholesale pastry show called “Andro Cakes” located on St. Vincent St. in Barrie.
